Position: Senior Sales Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating sales activities and taking on direct sales responsibilities within the building materials and construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proven track record in sales coordination and direct selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage sales activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing necessary sales data and analysis.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of sales strategies and plans.
• Manage sales orders and ensure timely delivery and follow-up.
• Directly engage in sales activities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends and report to the controlling officer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination and direct sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
