Senior Sales Engineer – Civil Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to drive business development and project sales within the Civil Infrastructure industry in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and profit targets within the target period.
• Lead business development efforts by tracking key market requirements, projects, and tenders across Abu Dhabi.
• Manage pre-qualification procedures with end users and EPC contractors.
• Identify new products, vendors, and opportunities to enhance the company’s portfolio and project package offerings.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and client requirements.
• Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and client training sessions to support business activity.
• Conduct ongoing market intelligence on competitors, project opportunities, and industry trends.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market developments.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to order execution and receivables follow-up
• Minimum 5–8 years of frontline sales experience in Infrastructure projects within Abu Dhabi.
• Proven track record in achieving sales growth and profitability targets.

• Manhole Covers
• Strong network with end users, consultants, and contractors in the Abu Dhabi infrastructure space.
