Role Summary

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals independently.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client referrals.

Generate and qualify leads through calls, visits, online platforms, and field activities.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

2. Client Management

Meet clients in person or conduct virtual meetings to understand their requirements.

Present product/service offerings effectively and provide professional consultations.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

3. Sales Process & Closing

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize deals.

Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets consistently.

4. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) for smooth delivery of services.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to the Sales Manager.

5. Market Awareness

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demand.

Provide feedback to management for improving product offerings and strategies.

Good presentation skills

Basic knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
