Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategically driven Senior Sales Executive to join the Commercial Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key municipal and commercial clients, ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies while strictly adhering to BEEAH’s sustainability goals, internal policies, and local regulatory requirements. You will play a vital role in driving business development by building long-term partnerships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and identifying innovative, value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage major client accounts through strategic partnerships and proactive lead generation.

Respond to sales enquiries, prepare quotes, service contracts, and manage CRM records.

Support proposal submissions, attend joint client meetings, and coordinate with operations for seamless service delivery.

Track sales pipeline, monitor competitor activity, and ensure alignment with targets.

Prepare regular performance reports and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Focus on client retention, handle service concerns, and deliver after-sales support.

Represent BEEAH at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:

Post Graduation/Graduation or equivalent, MBA preferred

Minimum 3 years of environmental related industry or 5 years of service industry sales experience

Valid UAE Driving License is a must
