Job Overview

Pentium Constructions is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow sales for our premium real estate projects in Calicut. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling high-value clients, closing deals, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries and convert leads into successful sales
• Conduct property presentations and site visits
• Manage end-to-end sales process from lead to closure
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
• Support junior sales staff with guidance and coordination
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Contribute to sales planning and strategy development

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in real estate sales
• Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused approach and professional attitude
• Knowledge of Calicut property market preferred
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
