AmzDudes is growing rapidly, and we are hiring a high-performing Sales Executive to lead brand meetings, pitch our Amazon partnership services, negotiate terms, and close exclusive contracts. We have a proven track record of doubling sellers' revenues within 12 months, making this a key revenue-driving role with strong career growth potential.
What You Will Do
- Conduct meetings with warm potential leads and present AmzDudes’ services with clarity and confidence. Within your first 90 days, you will aim to convert 30% of these leads into active clients, showcasing the effectiveness of our approach and strategies.
- Explain our Amazon partnership model and handle brand inquiries professionally.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms tailored to each client.
- Close exclusive brand deals and service contracts.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups until leads convert into clients.
- Build new relationships with potential brands and decision-makers.
- Book and manage meetings with prospects to pitch our value.
- Coordinate internally to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new brands.
- Handle all company and client information with strict confidentiality.
- Work onsite during the 6 PM – 2 AM shift to align with international markets.
- Demonstrate commitment to long-term company growth.
What You'll BringExcellent communication and presentation skills that allow you to clearly convey our value to potential clients.
- Confidence in pitching and selling while effectively handling objections.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, client meetings, or service pitching.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals in a professional manner.
- A culture of consistent follow-up and a mindset dedicated to building lasting relationships is preferred.
- Organizational skills, proactiveness, and ambition that drive success.
- Willingness to embrace a 6 PM to 2 AM onsite shift to engage with international markets.
- Familiarity with Amazon, e-commerce, or agency sales is a plus and will give you a competitive edge.
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary: 150,000 per month
Commission: Additional commission on every successful deal/closing
