Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Executive. The primary responsibility is high-volume calling with fluent English, converting leads into customers, and managing the complete sales cycle. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, following up on warm leads, and achieving monthly sales targets. In addition, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development.
Strong ability to generate leads through outbound calling and follow-ups.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
Experience in CRM tools for tracking calls, leads, and follow-ups is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
