Job Summary:

A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs, offer suitable products or services, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial products/services.

Meet sales targets by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.

Provide financial guidance and product knowledge to clients.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
