Position - Sales Executive

Summary:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and

closing strategic partnerships with technology providers, channel partners, and strategic accounts.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to expand our market reach, drive revenue growth, and

establish as a trusted partner in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

 Partner Acquisition:

o Identify and pursue potential partners, including technology providers, distributors,

and system integrators.

o Develop and execute effective partnership strategies to expand our market reach

and distribution channels.

o Negotiate and close partnership agreements that align with our business objectives.

 Business Development:

o Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and

market penetration.

o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the networking,

cybersecurity, and data centre markets.

o Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.

 Channel Management:

o Manage and support our network of channel partners, ensuring they have the

necessary resources and training to effectively sell our solutions.

o Develop and implement channel programs to drive partner sales and profitability.

o Monitor partner performance and provide coaching and support as needed.

 Strategic Account Management:

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts, including large

enterprises and government organizations.

o Identify and address the unique needs and challenges of strategic accounts.

o Drive sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Sales Enablement:

o Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, training programs, and tools to

support our sales team.

o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure effective messaging and

positioning of our solutions.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

 Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the

technology industry.

 Strong understanding of networking, cybersecurity, and data centre technologies.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.

 Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
