Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads for residential rooftop solar.
  • Visit customers’ homes, understand their electricity usage, and propose suitable kW solutions.
  • Explain panel quality, inverter options, warranties, subsidy process, and installation timelines.
  • Conduct basic site assessments and coordinate detailed survey with the technical team.
  • Share quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure sales closure.
  • Maintain strong follow-up until agreement signing & payment collection.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for subsidy documents, net-metering, installation & handover.
  • Track daily activities through DSR/CRM.
  • Upsell premium products (mono panels, branded inverters, AMC, etc.).

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi.
  • Strong knowledge of residential solar rooftop basics.
  • Good negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to build trust.

Experience Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in Residential Solar Rooftop Sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
