About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Executive to lead end-to-end sales activities, convert leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, excellent negotiation ability, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions/services/products.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM entries.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Stay updated with market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of proven sales experience (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Strong command over communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure, target-driven environments.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Graduation mandatory.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales (customize as per your industry).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving and customer-centric attitude.
