About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Executive to lead end-to-end sales activities, convert leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, excellent negotiation ability, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions/services/products.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM entries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competition, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of proven sales experience (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Strong command over communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, target-driven environments.
  • Good negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
  • Graduation mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales (customize as per your industry).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Problem-solving and customer-centric attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
