ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a confident, target-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage daily showroom walk-ins, handle enquiries, conduct test rides, explain finance options, follow up with leads, and ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

This role is completely retail-focused and is responsible for customer experience inside the showroom.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Retail Only)1️ Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion

  • Attend all walk-in customers professionally
  • Understand customer requirements & explain suitable EV models
  • Deliver powerful pitch: features, battery options, warranty, maintenance
  • Drive conversions through strong follow-up
  • Achieve monthly retail sales targets

2️ Lead Management

  • Call & follow up on leads from:
  • Showroom walk-ins
  • Marketing manager activities
  • Digital ads (WhatsApp, Instagram, Google)
  • Referral customers
  • Update lead status in CRM / Google Sheets / AppSheet regularly
  • Maintain high-quality daily follow-up discipline

3️ Test Rides & Customer Demo

  • Give test ride with correct explanation of features
  • Address customer doubts confidently
  • Educate customer on EV benefits, mileage expectations, battery care

4️ Finance & Documentation Coordination

  • Explain on-road price breakup
  • Assist in filing finance applications (Bajaj Finance, HDB, IDFC, etc.)
  • Coordinate with finance executives for approvals
  • Collect KYC documents and booking amounts
  • Ensure all paperwork is complete before delivery

5️ Vehicle Delivery Handling

  • Coordinate with service team for PDI
  • Ensure vehicle cleaning, accessories installation & readiness
  • Give full delivery demo including:
  • Battery care
  • Charger usage
  • Warranty terms
  • Service schedule
  • Take delivery photo & feedback from customer

6️ Daily Reporting

  • Share daily:
  • Walk-ins
  • Test rides
  • Booking
  • Payments collected
  • Follow-up status
  • Expected sales for upcoming days

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Excellent communication & presentation
  • Strong selling skills
  • Good negotiation & convincing ability
  • Basic digital skills (WhatsApp, Google Sheets)
  • Professional behaviour & grooming
  • High energy & confident personality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
