About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead and grow our Virtual Office vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, especially in coworking, virtual offices, or real estate domains. If you have excellent communication skills, strong closing ability, and a passion for helping businesses grow, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for Virtual Office products such as Business Registration, GST Registration, Mailing Address, Premium Virtual Offices, etc.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into successful closures.
- Generate new leads through outbound calls, networking, online channels, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, SMEs, corporates, and consultants.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate documentation, KYC verification, and timely client onboarding.
- Maintain and update CRM entries, databases, and daily sales trackers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to ensure Akasa Coworking remains competitive.
- Handle client queries, disputes, and escalations professionally and promptly.
- Support and guide junior sales executives, as needed.
Requirements
- Graduation or Post-Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in coworking, virtual office services, or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office.
- Quick learner with a proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented approach.
