We are seeking a creative and customer-focused Kitchen Sales Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients to design functional and visually appealing kitchen spaces while offering a range of products and solutions to meet their needs. You will collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to create the kitchen of their dreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their kitchen design needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Design and Planning: Utilize design software and tools to create detailed kitchen plans, including layouts, cabinetry, appliances, and finishes.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest kitchen design trends and product offerings, including cabinetry, counter tops, fixtures, and appliances.
- Sales: Present and sell kitchen design concepts and products to clients, providing product information, pricing, and options.
- Estimates and Quotations: Prepare accurate project estimates and quotations for clients.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to evaluate existing kitchen spaces and measurements, ensuring accurate and feasible design proposals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and builders to ensure the successful execution of kitchen projects.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of client interactions, designs, and project details.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Sales Designer or similar role in the home improvement or interior design industry.
- Proficiency in kitchen design software (Winner flex 2020) and the ability to create 3D renderings (Sketch up 3DS max etc)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen design trends, products, and communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work within budget constraints.
- Project management skills and the ability to multitask.
- A degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is a plus.
