We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic commercial team at One&Only The Palm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies and managing client relationships across Southern Europe, Central Europe, and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions. This role requires a strong sales background in luxury hospitality, exceptional language skills, and the ability to represent our intimate beachfront resort effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets for the assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with respective Regional Sales offices, key accounts, travel agencies, and partners to grow market share.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical review on account production and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented approach.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the regions managed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and sales tools.
  • Represent One&Only The Palm at niche trade shows, roadshows and key industry events.
  • Prepare and present sales reports for managed respective markets.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
