About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales team by managing backend processes, optimizing lead flow, and ensuring seamless operations within Salesforce. This role is critical to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our sales pipeline and internal task queues.


What You'll Do

  • Opportunity & Task Management
    • Monitor and update sales opportunities in Salesforce
    • Track and assign tasks to relevant sales team members
    • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales activities
  • Queue Management
    • Regularly clear and maintain internal queues to avoid bottlenecks
    • Prioritize and escalate tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow
  • Salesforce Backend Operations
    • Perform data entry, validation, and maintenance in Salesforce
    • Generate reports and dashboards to support sales insights
    • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues
  • Lead Sorting & Assignment
    • Review incoming leads and categorize based on predefined criteria
    • Assign leads to appropriate departments or sales representatives
    • Ensure lead distribution aligns with business priorities and capacity

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or CRM management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Experience with queue-based task systems
  • Familiarity with sales funnels and lead qualification processes
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
