Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Night Shift
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 90,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role:
Fusion Ave Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with strong English communication skills and experience in accounting and bidding, focusing on the US market. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage client relationships across online freelance platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on projects via Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.
• Manage client communication and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with the accounts team for pricing, reporting, and invoicing.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, bidding, or account management.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.
