Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving showroom sales, managing high-value clients, and delivering an exceptional customer experience at Enza Home Islamabad. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and mentoring junior sales staff while representing the premium brand of Enza Home.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client Management
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the Islamabad showroom.
- Manage high-value clients and key accounts, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture products and solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
Relationship Building & Retention
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, designers, and architects.
- Address client queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized client database for effective follow-up and retention.
Showroom & Product Expertise
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of furniture products, materials, finishes, and pricing.
- Assist in visual merchandising and ensure showroom presentation aligns with brand standards.
- Provide guidance to clients on product selection, placement, and customization options.
Team Support & Collaboration
- Mentor and support junior sales staff in client handling and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align promotions and campaigns with sales objectives.
- Share market insights, trends, and customer feedback with management.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, invoices, and client communications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused, professional, and results-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple client interactions and projects simultaneously.
