SENIOR SAP TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Estimate effort and define timelines for solution implementation.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP SCM modules, including SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), and PP (Production Planning).
• Integrate extended warehouse management systems with VISION.
• Analyze cross functional dependencies between SAP modules such as FI (Finance), FM (Funds Management), GM (Grants Management).
• Create process maps and conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Develop technical specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate testing activities, including system integration, user acceptance testing.
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers for ABAP development, customizations and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards.

• At least 10 years’ experience in supply chain management configuring SAP modules Sales & Distribution, Material Management, Warehouse Management, and Production Planning, along with cross functional

integration across Finance, Funds Management, and Grants Management.

• Accredited project management methods e.g. Prince2 etc.
• Strong understanding of sales, procurement, inventory, logistics, production planning and

warehouse management.

• Experience with SAP integration using SAP PO/BTP and reporting tools.
• Experience in integrating extended warehouse management solutions like Dematic, SSI SCHAEFER etc.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English is required. Additional UN languages will be considered an asset.
