Senior Sea Freight Pricing

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking cargo space, arranging for cargo pickup, and coordinating shipment movement.

• Preparing export declarations, bills of lading, and other shipping documents.

• Tracking shipments and providing status updates to clients. • Communicating with customers, carriers, vendors, and other partners.

• Handling customs clearance procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations with internal customs clearance team.

• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to reduce costs.

• Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving billing issues, and providing expert advice.

• Coordinate with overseas agents for pricing requirements and assist in RFQ (Request for Quotation) submissions.

• Support the sales team with technical knowledge of sea freight services and pricing strategies.

• Resolve any operational issues that may arise during shipment handling and liaise with carriers and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
