Job Description Summary

As the Customer Program Manager for Qatar Airways, you will play a pivotal role in managing one of GE Aerospace's largest active widebody contracts on GE90-100 & GP7200 Fleet, and supporting GE9x EIS readiness until regional CPM for GE9x is positioned. This position demands accountability for functional, business, and company wide objectives, focusing on the administration and management of pre and post customized services agreements.

Role Overview

In this role, you will drive contract management, execution, and profitability by collaborating across diverse teams, ensuring shop visit targets are met, leveraging GE Aerospace's lean operating model, and fostering a culture of respect, customer driven decisions, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional teams to drive excellence in contract management and profitability.
• Ensure shop visit targets are met while supporting fleet stability and reliability.
• Utilize GE Aerospace's lean operating model, Flight Deck, to enhance processes and problem solving.
• Foster a culture of respect for people, customer driven decisions, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Maintain profitability and customer satisfaction for Qatar GE90 and GP contracts.
• Provide overall leadership for the execution of Qatar GE90 and GP contracts.
• Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, commercial issues, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage cross functional services team, ensuring GE operational targets and Qatar fleet stability.
• Act as liaison between internal organizations and Qatar on services.
• Apply specialized knowledge to shape strategy, including resource management and policy development.
• Analyze internal and external business challenges, recommend best practices, and stay aware of industry trends.
• Exercise sound judgment to address complex tasks across operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, and engineering.

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in Services & Customer Contract Management, comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or relevant experience.
• Resilience in conflict resolution.
• Extensive experience in GE Aviation in engineering, services, customer support, or shop operation management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
