Senior Social Media Executive

Job Summary

SpiderWorks Technologies is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media presence for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should be strong in strategy, content planning, execution, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for various brands.
• Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with the design team.
• Manage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Write engaging captions and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Handle community management (comments, DMs, customer interactions).
• Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities.
• Assist with influencer coordination and paid campaign support.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of social media marketing experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of platform algorithms and trending content formats.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brand accounts at once.
• Basic understanding of paid ads is a plus.
