We're on the hunt for a Senior Social Media Manager ready to take the helm of social media campaigns for multiple high-profile clients based in New England and beyond. This role is for someone who loves social media, a driven individual who adapts and evolves with constantly changing trends, remains steady under pressure, and has a passion for content creation and collaboration. The ideal candidate can juggle content creation and posting for multiple accounts and platforms.

Valid Drivers License, personal vehicle and the ability to work once per week on site is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend weekly client on-sites for content creation, strategy implementation and client relations.
  • Turn concepts into content, creating content yourself while also providing direction and fostering talent.
  • Concept and create short-form video content with platform-specific KPIs in mind.
  • Prioritize and multitask projects, with a knack for urgent client needs and upstream communication.
  • Continually raise the bar and seek signal boosting opportunities for client channels.
  • Contribute positively to our remote team environment with virtual team building and enthusiastic collaboration: daily quick remote check-ins via Slack or Zoom.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a social media management role, including at least 2 years at an agency, with a portfolio to showcase past successes.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social media channels for *multiple* high-profile brands and clients.
  • Demonstrated experience managing internal teams and upstream client communications.
  • Ability to travel and own transportation for regular on-site visits.
  • Proficient in social media analytics, strategy, and emerging trends.
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to be both outgoing and discreet at appropriate times.
  • Expertise in video editing and proficiency across current social media platforms.
  • High-level organizational skills, autonomous work ethic, and an eagerness to embrace new challenges.
  • Fluent or quick learner with: Google Sheets for Content Calendars, Trello for project management, basic to intermedia video editing skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
