Senior Social Media Manager & AI Community Coordinator - Mandarin Speaking at C1. The Senior Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing advanced social media strategies across traditional and Web3 platforms while overseeing AI-powered community management systems. This role focuses on building crypto/fintech communities, creating viral content, managing crisis communications, and coordinating human expertise with AI automation to achieve 24/7 global community engagement.

Responsibilities

• AI agent oversight and coordination: manage and optimize AI social media agent performance across all platforms; train and refine AI agent responses, brand voice, and content creation capabilities; monitor outputs for quality, compliance, and brand alignment; handle escalations; coordinate approval workflows; analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Web3 & crypto community management: build and engage communities on Discord, X (Twitter), Warpcast, Telegram, and emerging Web3 platforms; create viral crypto content and hype campaigns for product launches; monitor crypto news and trends; manage NFT drops, token launches, and blockchain announcements; coordinate with Web3 influencers; handle DeFi, gaming, and affiliate discussions.
• Advanced crisis management: lead crisis response coordination between AI alerts and human intervention; monitor reputation; develop rapid response strategies; coordinate with legal/compliance; manage media inquiries during crises.
• Strategic social media management: develop comprehensive strategies integrating AI with human creativity; create content calendars; manage social advertising campaigns; analyze performance metrics; stay current with Web3 trends.
• AI tools & automation management: implement and manage tools like Blaze AI, LunarCrush; build automated workflows; set up crisis alert systems; optimize integrations; train team members on AI tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with creative, product, sales, legal/compliance; multi-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of social media management with crypto/Web3/fintech communities.
• Experience building Discord communities (5,000+ members preferred).
• Expert-level knowledge of X (Twitter), Warpcast, Telegram for crypto audiences.
• AI tool proficiency: experience with AI agents, ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms.
• Crisis management experience in crypto/fintech with rapid response protocols.
• Community management tools: Blaze AI, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
• Content creation skills: Canva, Figma, basic video editing for viral crypto content.
• Analytics: social listening, sentiment analysis, Web3 metrics.

Desirable Experience

• Fintech/affiliate marketing social media experience.
