Hiring: Senior Social Media Marketer (6–7 Years Experience) – Onsite, Karachi

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Marketer to lead and elevate our digital presence. This is a senior-level, full-time onsite role based at our PECHS, Karachi office. The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years of proven experience in social media strategy, content leadership, and brand growth across major digital platforms.

Position Summary

As a Senior Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact social media strategies that strengthen our brand identity, drive engagement, and support business objectives. You will manage end-to-end content planning, oversee campaigns, and ensure consistent, data-driven performance across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Plan and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and high-quality output aligned with brand guidelines.
• Oversee paid campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
• Manage collaborations, influencer partnerships, and digital activations.
• Identify trends, platform updates, and audience insights to refine strategy.
• Guide junior team members and collaborate closely with design, marketing, and management teams.

Required Qualifications

• 6–7 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing (senior-level).
• Demonstrated expertise in content strategy, social media analytics, and paid digital campaigns.
• Solid understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and digital trends.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.
• Onsite availability is mandatory — this position is not remote or hybrid.
