Senior Software Developer

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Create highly usable, optimized, and scalable software that is very stable after thorough functional and technical analysis by writing quality code

2. Analyze any reported issues for quick bug resolution

3. Design optimized database structure with normalization, for the project, as per functional requirements

4. Plan and manage development sprints for successful completion of projects

5. Participate in project code reviews

6. Groom and train juniors for required technical and related skills for successful and on schedule completion of projects

7. Constantly update and incorporate technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading books, and accessing new applications

Qualification / Skill-sets

• MCA / B.E. or other Technical Graduates with formal course-work in Software
• Development
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software Development on .NET Technologies
• In-depth knowledge of ASP .NET, C#, VB.Net, MS-SQL / Oracle databases, OOPS,
• knowledge of XML and Web Services is a pre-requisite
• Sound understanding of System Analysis & Design is expected
• Keen desire to research and learn emerging technologies and ability to convert these
• meaningfully in the scheme of things for our products

Added Advantage Qualification / Skill-sets

• Prior experience of 3+ years in a senior role / job profile for Software Development in an IT Products’ Development Company
• Prior experience of SCRUM methodology
• Knowledge of Mobile App development on iOS and Android platforms
• Knowledge of Designing and Software Testing would be advantageous
• Strong written communication
• Problem-solving capability and lateral thinking ability as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
