About the Team
Solution Consulting team in IndiaAbout the Role
As a Presales Solution Consultant, you are essential to the sales cycle and play an important role on the Sales team. You will use your subject matter expertise in the domain to provide support to the Sales team and help drive the sale by providing influence and credibility to C-level executives.
Specific responsibilities include:
About You
· Y ou are an exceptional, dynamic presenter with strong communication and influencing skills, specifically to a C-level Human Resources leadership audience
· You possess credibility and passion for presentations and product demonstrations
around HCM technology solutions
.You have strong functional knowledge and experience gained through roles such as Human Resources practitioner, HCM enterprise solution Presales / Sales Consultant, and/or have a background in HRIS or enterprise application implementation
· You are passionate about working in a high-growth, evolving organisation like Workday and believe that organisations can advance and grow by adopting Workday solutions
· You like to continuously learn and upgrade your skillsets in domains such as AI/ML; you like to innovate in your activities and be creative in your demonstrations and presentations
· You thrive under pressure and can manage multiple, simultaneous engagements with different prospects
· You have a good command of English and the native language in your territory
· You are a lifelong learner with a desire to pick up new technologies and business solutions quickly
Skills/Experience Required :
· 10+ years in Presales and/or Services Consulting or other technical roles, with sufficient levels of experience in the India region
· 3+ years’ experience in HCM systems and/or processes
· Strong understanding of the HR Management functional areas such as Talent Acquisition and Management, Performance Management, Benefits, Compensation etc. As a plus, you are also knowledgeable in one or more of the following areas: Workforce Planning, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Employee Engagement and Experience.
· Exposure to SaaS HR solutions from Workday, Oracle and SAP would be an advantage
· Knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI as applied to the HR domain and experience in positioning embedded or built-on-AI solutions to business and technology stakeholders
· Strong orientation towards articulating the value of AI-driven solutions
· Ability to lead solutioning efforts with team members and/or Workday partners, to design and position comprehensive legacy-ERP replacement solutions
· Experience in engagements with medium-sized and large enterprises in India cutting across one or more of the following industries - FSI, Pharmaceuticals, Professional and Business Services, eCommerce and high-tech services, Manufacturing, Retail etc.
· Ability to hold engage and create impact in C-level customer engagement (especially to the office of the CHRO and CIO), with ability to communicate influentially and eventually develop a trusted-advisor relationship
