Senior Specialist, Contract Management Services, Technology

JOB SUMMARY

Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for the overall commercial and risk management with the bank’s external third-party suppliers. To meet increasing business demands, the SCM team is putting in place a new capability to support Contract Managers/Owners meet their obligations with regards to the management of the third-party contracts that they are accountable for.
The Senior Specialist, Contract Management Services (CMS), Technology, is responsible for performing Contract Management Services that specialises in providing support to Contract Managers/Owners of Technology Contracts including hardware, software, Network and communications, technology ‘as a service’ and technology Services. Senior Specialist is responsible for ensuring that Contract Mangers/Owners have the support they need to fulfil their contract management/ownership obligations throughout the lifecycle of the contract.
The Senior Specialist, CMS, Technology will work closely with SCM Category Management stakeholders, SCM Category Leads/Managers, SCM Supplier Managers, SCM Cluster Leads and Contract Managers/Owners to drive continuous improvement.

Governance

• Maintain governance discipline for CMS processes, service performance and manage change.
• Drive performance of the team to meet or exceed targeted metrics Establishes metrics and performance measures of the end-to-end process to drive continuous improvement.
• Acts as a key point of contact for Businesses and Functions and SCM MT for CMS Technology support matters
• Point of contact for resolving CMS Technology escalations till resolution

• Take responsibility for self-development, and work line management to agree and execute on personal skills and development plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Contract Law, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and/or contract management, and/or supplier management
• Knowledge of contract law, procurement, and supplier management best practices.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement and contract management software and key technology trends
• Education Degree level education
• Languages English (must), Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese (advantageous)
