• Milan: €55,000 - €75,000 per year
• Rome: €50,000 - €70,000 per year

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

• Service Management & Operation: Supporting the operations of assigned infrastructure systems and researching new technologies to optimize efficiency.
• Expertise in Vertical Technologies:
  • VMware & Windows OS-based systems
  • Red Hat/Linux OS
  • Storage and Backup management (e.g., Veritas, Veeam)
• Troubleshooting: Experience in troubleshooting and incident management, including L1/L2 incidents.
• Server Environment Maintenance: Maintaining server environments and ensuring their availability.
• System Recovery: Prioritizing system recovery in case of failures.
• Standard Implementation: Implementing standards for servers and operating systems.
• Team Collaboration: Partnering with other infrastructure teams to resolve issues in a collaborative environment.
