We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Residential Procurement (Del 433) to support our residential development projects by managing procurement activities efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies for residential projects, ensuring alignment with overall project goals
• Conduct supplier assessments and market analysis to source competitive and quality offerings
• Facilitate the procurement process, including drafting requests for proposals (RFPs), negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships
• Monitor and analyze procurement performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost saving opportunities
• Collaborate with project managers to understand project timelines, specifications, and delivery requirements
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
• Support ad hoc procurement initiatives and strategic projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, ideally within the residential construction or real estate sectors
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract negotiation
• Good analytical skills with experience in market research and supplier evaluationEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders
• Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
