Making an impact. What will you do?

• As a Senior IT Consultant SAP Catalog and Supplier management, you will be responsible for global support, enhancements, and managing projects related onboarding and integrating suppliers on to the ARIBA network and MDGS. This includes supporting and maintaining SRM / MDM for punch out and MDM catalogs as well providing business process support for SRM, MDM and procurement systems (ECC 6.0, S4 Hana).
• You will provide third-level functional support for SAP Procurement solutions, resolve issues across SAP Cloud and On-premises systems, and prepare technical documentation and process change requests in line with release management guidelines.
• Working closely with business teams, stakeholders, and external service providers to deliver reliable, secure, and integrated solutions that meet compliance standards.
• Furthermore, you will ensure smooth integration of new suppliers into the organization’s procurement solutions.
• Your role includes facilitating end-to-end integration of new suppliers into procurement platforms (MDGS, SRM/MDM, ARIBA network). You will be assisting suppliers with catalog uploads and resolving technical issues.
• You have hands on experience in maintaining catalogs in MDM solution for SRM and PM catalogs.
• Exposure in delivering solutions based on state-of-the-art SAP standard system capabilities, technical standards and best practices.
• You will coordinate the implementation of new functionality in SAP Systems and other supporting applications according to Linde plc project management guidelines.
• Responsible for timely complete project deliverables, communicate project progress and escalate risks and issues timely to key project stakeholders.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

You possess a bachelor’s degree in business informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
You have worked in IT department and have hands-on experience in managing and coordinating with suppliers, maintaining catalogs in MDM and SRM, supporting business processes in MDGS, SRM and ECC, S4 Procurement module.
Have worked in managing suppliers in SRM, MDM, MDGS.
Possess extensive knowledge in catalog solutions, MDGS, SRM and S4 configurations and customizations for catalog management processes.
You have functional knowledge across the breadth of Procurement processes with experience supporting many of the following SAP MDGS, SRM, MDM, S4 Procurement modules across multiple systems.
In addition, you will bring curiosity and interest to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts as needed, based on project requirements and prior agreement.
As a team player, you possess great intercultural communication and cooperation skills along with excellent English proficiency.
Excellent communication skills to have effective communication with external business partners and regional stakeholders.
