Job Description
We are seeking a short-term Senior Specialist in Recruitment to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, KSA. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving our organization's talent acquisition strategy and managing end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top-tier candidates.

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions

Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules
-
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate recruitment data

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
-
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events

Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment (Big 4 or consulting experience preferred)

Advanced knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and full-cycle recruitment

Proficiency in MS Office suite

Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Experience in talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives

Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations

Understanding of international recruitment practices

Professional HR certification preferred

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus

Qualifications-
