Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Senior SQA Specialist to join our quality assurance team. As a Senior SQA Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for our software applications, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies and plans to ensure that software applications meet quality, reliability, and performance standards

- Lead and mentor a team of SQA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure that testing activities are completed efficiently and effectively

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design, to ensure that quality is integrated into every stage of the software development lifecycle

- Develop and maintain testing frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure that testing activities are efficient, effective, and scalable

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues and improve overall quality

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software quality assurance

- Develop and maintain testing metrics and reports to measure quality and provide insights to stakeholders

- Participate in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to ensure that testing activities are aligned with development workflows

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a senior role

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches

- Experience with testing frameworks, tools, and technologies, such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify defects

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead and guide a team of SQA engineers

Nice to Have:

- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms, such as AWS Device Farm, Google Cloud Test Lab, etc.

- Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

- Experience with DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.

- Certification in software testing, such as ISTQB, CSTE, etc.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
