Position Overview:

As a Senior SQA/QC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products/services throughout the development lifecycle. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes, conducting tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes and procedures to ensure product/service reliability and performance.

- Plan, execute, and manage test activities throughout the software development lifecycle, including test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect tracking.

- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and integration testing to identify defects and ensure product/service quality.

- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

- Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams to facilitate timely defect resolution and product/service improvements.

- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and other technical discussions to ensure quality standards are met.

- Mentor junior QA/QC engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA/QC team's skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and quality control roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products/services.

- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Experience in test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect tracking.

- Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

- Hands-on experience with programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Certifications in software quality assurance or related areas (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
