The Senior Subcontracts Manager oversee all pre-award aspects of subcontract management, including cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance.

Plans, organizes and manages the subcontracting activities undertaken by the company and is responsible for ensuring that subcontracting activities are performed efficiently, effectively and in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

Lead negotiations for subcontracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 10 years prior industry work experience in Oil & Gas Construction sector.

10 years prior commercial / contractual management experience including subcontracts management experience.

A high standard of general education and excellent communication skills.
