Urgent Hiring: Senior Supply Chain Planner

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of supply or production planning experience within FMCG, food & beverage, or Pharmaceutical industries.
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 or equivalent ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of demand and supply planning principles.
• Language: Fluency in English

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans across production and co-packing sites to ensure consistent product availability in line with sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, and Production teams to translate demand signals into executable supply schedules.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to achieve optimal stock coverage while minimizing write-offs and stockouts.
• Coordinate with logistics and co-packers to manage production schedules, raw material flow and outbound deliveries.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks by reviewing capacity constraints, lead times, and potential bottlenecks.
• Track and analyze planning KPIs such as service levels, OTIF, and inventory turnover to drive continuous improvement.
