Job Description – Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Universal Education is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and manage hiring for higher-level and premium positions across our institution. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruitment expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior, higher-level, and premium roles across various departments.
• Understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and organizational needs to source the right talent.
• Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Conduct screening, interviews, assessments, and background checks.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure smooth interview processes.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive talent mapping and networking.
• Negotiate compensation, finalize offers, and ensure efficient onboarding.
• Track and monitor recruitment metrics, timelines, and closures.
• Build strong employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and credibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably hiring for mid to senior-level roles.
• Proven experience in recruitment for premium, leadership, or specialized positions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines.
• Proactive, target-driven, and highly organized.
• Experience in educational hiring (preferred but not mandatory).
