Senior Tax Specialist / Assistant Tax Manager

As Limak Group, we are looking for " Senior Tax Specialist / Assistant Tax Manager " with the following qualifications to be assigned in our head office in İstanbul.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law or related fields from reputable universities,
• 4-9 years of tax audit/advisory and international tax advisory experience in leading audit firms or local/global multinational companies,
• Strong knowledge of international and local tax, statutory regulations and generally accepted accounting principles,
• Having no obstacle to frequent travel abroad,
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken (Second foreign language is an asset.),
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Job Description:

• Providing internal tax advisory, compliance and strategy services to foreign group companies,
• Providing international tax advisory services to the group companies and coordinating foreign tax advisors,
• Providing tax advisory for M&A and restructuring projects, transfer pricing and new investments,
• Providing proactive tax planning and structuring advices,
• Following global and local legal requirements and new regulations and also reporting them on regular basis to the top management of the group,
• Ensuring and tracking implementation of new regulations among group companies,
• Providing a tax risk management framework to identify, assess and mitigate tax risks across the group companies,
• Conducting internal tax audits of group companies when necessary,
• Assisting on the drafting of annual transfer pricing reports in cooperation with consulting firms,
• Preparing transfer pricing reports in line with the OECD BEPS action plan (Master File and CbCR),
• Preparing Global Minimum Tax (Pillar II) documentation for the group companies and to ensure that the group companies comply with their obligations in respective countries,
• To identify opportunities to improve and automate processes and controls and drive continuous improvement,
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen processes and deliverables.
