Position Title: Senior Team Leader II, Press Shop Toolroom
Location: Saudi Arabia

• Coordinate daily team activities to ensure adherence to procedures, safety regulations, and production targets.

• Ensure machining process efficiency and quality within the Toolroom.

• Monitor machining requirements, priorities, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.

• Allocate tasks based on team competencies and operational needs.

• Lead the Machining/CNC area and support process optimization.

• Escalate performance or disciplinary issues to senior management when required.

• Implement existing preventive and predictive maintenance protocols.

• Assist in planning and conducting equipment inspections to ensure operational reliability.

• Monitor equipment performance using data-driven insights; identify basic issues and support corrective actions.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repair activities and technical issue resolution.

• Operate machine tools to produce precision metal parts in small or large batch quantities.

• Ensure manufactured parts meet precise specifications.

• Program machines with cutter paths/surface models for CNC operations.

• Maintain up-to-date die designs reflecting ongoing machine shop modifications.

• Assist with design and construction of new tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges.

• Track spare parts inventory levels and report shortages.

• Assist in planning spares for operational lines and coordinate related repair activities.

Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in:

• Mechanical Engineering

• Industrial Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Manufacturing Technology

• Or a related field

• Minimum 10 years total experience

• At least 5 years in a leadership role
