We are hiring Senior Telecallers to support our Canada-based construction call center operations. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, providing information to clients, and supporting daily communication needs.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Maintain call logs, update records, and follow up as required.
- Meet daily and weekly call activity expectations.
- Coordinate with the team to resolve client questions or concerns.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (clarity, tone, fluency).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or BPO preferred.
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Active listening skills and the ability to understand client needs.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, call-logging software).
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging conversations.
- Time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work with international clients and adapt to shift timings.
