We are hiring Senior Telecallers to support our Canada-based construction call center operations. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, providing information to clients, and supporting daily communication needs.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Explain company services clearly and professionally.
  • Maintain call logs, update records, and follow up as required.
  • Meet daily and weekly call activity expectations.
  • Coordinate with the team to resolve client questions or concerns.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English (clarity, tone, fluency).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or BPO preferred.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to understand client needs.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, call-logging software).
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging conversations.
  • Time-management and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to work with international clients and adapt to shift timings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,539.59 - ₹24,443.63 per month
