Senior Tender & Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tender & Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in the Saudi construction market. The ideal candidate will lead the preparation of accurate cost estimates and competitive tender proposals for major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals within required deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement departments to gather accurate pricing and technical inputs.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering studies, and risk assessments.
• Participate in clarification meetings and support management in negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience, including at least 5 years in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction market, pricing standards, and industry regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict deadlines.
