Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge of Salesforce CRM processes and hands-on expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management.

Key Responsibilities
Review business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to create detailed test plans and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Validate CRM processes such as case management, omni-channel routing, lead/opportunity lifecycle, and Marketing Cloud journeys, segmentation, and campaign flows.
Execute tests for Salesforce configurations, flows, validation rules, automation, and integrations.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Admins to clarify requirements and identify defects early.
Track, log, and manage defects using Jira/Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Support UAT, release cycles, and post-deployment validation.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices, data integrity, and Salesforce testing standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills:

4+ years of Salesforce QA or CRM testing experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud functionality.
Hands-on experience in creating test cases, test scripts, and test data.
Experience testing Salesforce configurations (objects, fields, flows, validation rules, automations).
Good understanding of CRM data models and integrations.
Familiarity with testing APIs/Integrations (Postman, SOAP UI is a plus).
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, Copado, or other Salesforce automation frameworks).
Exposure to Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Email Studio, and data extensions.
Experience with SQL or SOQL for data validation.
Salesforce QA/Testing certifications or Salesforce Admin certification is an added advantage.
