Position Summary

We are hiring Senior Test Engineers - UAT with strong expertise in Telecom BSS/OSS domains. This role is critical for validating end-to end services and ensuring flawless delivery of telecom solutions across fixed, cloud, and SaaS environments.

Detailed Job Description

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will lead user acceptance testing for complex telecom systems, including BSS, OSS, portals, and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to validate functionality, performance, and reliability, ensuring solutions meet business and customer requirements. This position offers exposure to advanced telecom technologies and agile delivery frameworks in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct UAT for telecom solutions across BSS, OSS, portals, and apps
• Perform E2E service validation testing for provisioning, billing, and customer journeys
• Utilize test management tools and defect tracking systems for efficient execution
• Prepare and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentation
• Collaborate with development, product, and network teams to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project timelines

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in telecom testing (Fixed, Cloud, SaaS environments)
• Hands on experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems
• Strong understanding of BSS/OSS architecture and workflows
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies
• Exposure to telecom mobile & fixed services (provisioning, billing, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with automation testing frameworks
• Knowledge of API testing and integration validation
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Telecom certifications (TM Forum, ISTQB)
• Hands on experience with cloud native telecom platforms
