Senior Travel Consultant

About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of global travel products, GDS systems, and the ability to design customized itineraries while delivering exceptional client service. This is work from home opportunity With Valid OWN UAE Residency Visa . ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Handle travel inquiries (air, hotel, visa, transfers, insurance) for corporate and leisure clients. • Provide professional travel advice and design tailor-made itineraries based on client requirements. • Manage flight bookings and ticket issuance using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). • Ensure accurate fare quotes, reissues, refunds, and exchanges. • Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers. • Proactively advise clients on travel updates, visa regulations, and entry requirements. • Resolve customer complaints and service issues with professionalism. • Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. • ⸻ Requirements • Minimum 5 years of experience in travel consultancy in UAE • Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) is essential. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to handle complex itineraries and last-minute changes. • Proven track record in achieving sales and service targets. • Strong problem-solving , multitasking skills & positive / can do attitude . ⸻ Preferred Qualifications • Experience in handling corporate travel accounts. • Knowledge of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). • Certification in IATA or travel/tourism studies.
