About the Role

Mono Institute is looking for an experienced UI and UX Designer / Web Designer to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who not only excels at creating visually compelling digital designs but also has a deep understanding of user behaviour, conversion optimisation, and brand driven design. This role requires close collaboration with our marketing and development teams to deliver high-impact landing pages, website interfaces, and seamless user experiences that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, user centric digital experiences for websites and landing pages
• Improve user journeys with a strong focus on conversion optimisation and interaction flows
• Build and maintain web pages using WordPress, including theme customisation and page-building tools
• Work with the marketing and branding teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms
• Conduct competitor analysis and user behaviour research to support design decisions
• Create wire frames, prototypes, and final UI layouts
• Ensure all designs meet modern standards for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance

Requirements

• 5–10 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and/or Web Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern website and landing page designs
• Solid understanding of user psychology and conversion-focused design principles
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, etc.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress site building and customisation
• Strong grasp of branding and visual identity application
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
