Senior US Recruiter

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced U.S. Recruiter with strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and attracting talent to interviewing and final hiring. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with department managers to understand current and upcoming staffing needs while proactively identifying and engaging top candidates through a variety of sourcing channels, including social media and employee referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective, end-to-end recruitment strategies.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant job boards and platforms.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through databases, social networks, and other sourcing tools.
• Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Conduct interviews using structured, competency-based, stress, and other reliable assessment methods.
• Work with hiring managers and HR to complete the hiring and onboarding process.
• Maintain up-to-date records of open positions and recruitment progress across multiple locations.
• Provide timely updates and reports to hiring managers and senior leadership regarding open roles and recruitment status.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of U.S. recruitment experience (in-house or staffing agency).
• Proven experience conducting various interview types, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews.
• Familiarity with selection processes such as phone screenings, reference checks, and background verifications.
• Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline.
