Key Responsibilities:

• Editing and Deliverables: Edit and deliver 2 reels daily with top-tier pacing, transitions, effects, graphics and music that hook and retain audience attention. And 1-2 long YouTube videos per month.
• Niche Expertise: Understand the online business and entrepreneurship space to tailor visuals, effects, and storytelling that outperform social media benchmarks.
• Leverage AI Tools: Use AI software like ChatGPT, runway to enhance efficiency and creativity in the editing process.
• Creative Innovation: Continuously bring fresh ideas to the table by experimenting with new editing techniques.
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with managers and keep them updated on progress and deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in video editing.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.

• Willingness to support fellow editors when required.
• Receptive to constructive feedback and open to new ideas.
