About the Role:

Techccine is looking for a highly experienced and fast-paced Senior Video Editor who can produce high-quality digital content at scale. The ideal candidate must be an expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, and AI-powered editing tools — and must be capable of handling 20 to 30 short-form videos (reels/shorts) every day while maintaining creativity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit, assemble, and deliver 20–30 short-form videos per day (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
• Transform raw footage into engaging and professional visual content.
• Create motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects using After Effects.
• Use CapCut and AI tools for high-speed content production.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop concepts and ideas.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all video outputs.
• Manage multiple editing tasks while meeting daily deadlines.
• Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and modern tools.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Video Editor.
• Ability to edit 20–30 short videos daily consistently.
• Strong skills in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• CapCut
• Experience with AI editing tools (Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, etc.).
• Strong sense of timing, storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
• A solid portfolio showcasing short-form content and motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Experience in colour grading and sound enhancement.
• Basic understanding of 3D animation tools.
• Knowledge of marketing and social media content trends.
