Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary Range: PKR 90,000 – 120,000 (based on experience and skill)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor with a strong command of storytelling, pacing, and editing for digital platforms, especially YouTube content in the style of MrBeast and Dhruv Rathee.

The ideal candidate will be able to craft engaging, fast-paced edits that keep viewers hooked from start to finish while incorporating creative elements and AI-powered tools to enhance production value. This role is strictly for those who have experience working with international clients or global-level content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit engaging YouTube videos and digital content following international storytelling styles.
• Utilize AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Veo3, Midjourney, and Leonardo AI to enhance creative workflows and output.
• Implement B-rolls, stock footage, effects, and transitions to elevate the visual narrative.
• Maintain proper pacing, flow, and structure to optimize viewer retention.
• Collaborate closely with creative leads to ensure content quality and brand alignment.
• Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high production standards.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of professional experience as a Video Editor (international-level work preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related editing tools.
• Strong understanding of YouTube storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement techniques.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative enhancement.
• Familiarity with sourcing and using stock footage effectively.
• Ability to work independently and lead creative direction when required.
• Only candidates with international project experience or global client work will be considered.
