Position: Senior Web Developer — In-House (Full-Time)
Role Summary
As our in-house Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our company’s digital ecosystem — including a robust, scalable e-commerce platform that will showcase and sell a large catalog of products. You will work closely with design, operations, and leadership to create a world-class online experience for clinicians, distributors, and partners.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications using modern web technologies.
- Build out and manage an e-commerce platform with hundreds of SKUs, including product pages, search/filtering, categorization, inventory logic, and secure checkout workflows.
- Implement front-end and back-end functionalities: dynamic features, interactive pages, data capture, secure forms.
- Collaborate with design/UX and content teams to ensure visual design, brand consistency, and seamless user experience across devices.
- Optimize site performance, load times, accessibility, cross-browser and device compatibility.
- Maintain and improve codebase quality: write clean, maintainable code; perform code reviews; document as needed.
- Work with internal stakeholders (leadership, operations, marketing) to translate requirements into functional web tools/features.

- Hands-on experience building or managing an e-commerce site — ideally with large product catalogs, variant management, and complex SKU structures.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g. React, Vue, or similar).
- Familiarity with backend development (e.g. Node.js, Python, PHP or another server-side stack), databases (SQL or NoSQL), and APIs.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git) and development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Good communication and collaboration — able to work with designers, operations, leadership to deliver integrated web solutions.
Nice-to-Have (Preferred) Qualifications
- Experience with content management systems or frameworks (e.g. WordPress, headless CMS) if applicable.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, responsive design, mobile-first development.
- Understanding of web performance optimization, SEO best practices, security, data protection.
- Prior experience in a startup environment or working on projects where you wear multiple hats.
- Willingness to take ownership: propose web strategy, advise on improvements, contribute ideas beyond just coding.
What We Offer & Company Culture
- Be part of a mission-driven team transforming the dental implant industry — your work will have visible, real-world impact.
- Opportunity to shape and own our entire web presence: marketing site, patient-facing portal, internal tools, and more.
- Collaborative environment: you’ll work directly with leadership, design, operations — not buried in a bureaucracy.
- Growth opportunity as we scale: early employees often get to take on more responsibility, evolve into lead developer / head of tech roles.
- Flexibility and a startup-style culture: we value initiative, creativity, and agile execution.
- Competitive compensation (to be discussed) and possibility for equity / profit-sharing (depending on fit and commitment).
